High pressure will build along the Northeast coast through Thursday. Bright, more comfortable conditions will be with us.  Readings will be at or a few degrees above the average high of 79º.

A few showers or storms are possible Thursday night as a warm front moves through.

By Friday the winds will turn to the West ahead of a cool front. This will result in a spike in temperatures.

Father’s Day Weekend at this time looks sunny with comfortable readings as a North wind dominates.

Synopsis:

A spotty early morning shower is possible otherwise skies will become mainly sunny skies and it will much warmer. You’ll notice a decrease in the humidity. Weak high pressure will move over the region.

High pressure will build along the Northeast coast through Thursday. The bright, warm conditions will continue. Readings will be several degrees above the average high of 79º.

Clouds will dominate Sunday as moisture from the South and a disturbance from the West combine resulting scattered showers just about anytime. An isolated thunderstorm is possible. Some of the rain will locally heavy. It will not be a washout. There will be a noticeable increase in humidity. Readings will be several degrees below the average high of 78º.
