Synopsis:

High pressure will continue to move off the Northeast coast today.  A return flow off the ocean will result in a mix of clouds and sun. Spotty drizzle may occur, mainly near the coast, but this won’t be a big deal. Generally speaking a decent Sunday is expected. Readings will be seasonal. The average high is 77º.

Monday will be warm under mostly sunny skies. A significant cool front will move through by Tuesday. An October preview is on the way with most readings remaining in the upper 60s. The sun will dominate through Thursday as high pressure once again dominates with moderating temperatures.

Synopsis:

Today will be a gem. Abundant sunshine is expected with very low humidity and temperatures that will feel more like early Fall. High pressure over the Northeast is responsible for our spectacular weather.

As the high slips off the coast a return flow off the ocean will result in a mix of clouds and sun some for Sunday. Spotty drizzle may develop but this is not expected in stone. Sunday very well may turn out to be a dry decent day, despite more clouds. Readings will be more seasonal. The average high is 77º.

Monday will be warm under mostly sunny skies. A significant cool front will move through by Tuesday. An October preview is on the way with most readings remaining in the upper 60s. The sun will dominate much of next week.

A front will push offshore this morning.  Clouds will give way to mostly sunny skies. High pressure will build in from Canada. This will result in much lower humidity. You will notice the difference! Seasonal temperatures are expected. The average high is 77º.

Tonight will be clear and much cooler. Give the AC a well-deserved break. Lows will dip into the upper 40s inland.

The beginning of the weekend be pleasant and much cooler under mainly sunny skies. Saturday will be the better half of the weekend. Sunday’s forecast is looking much more optimistic with sun giving way to clouds. Spotty afternoon showers are possible, but the threat of widespread showers has been taken out of the forecast. It may even remain dry the entire day.

We are on a roll this holiday weekend. Strong high pressure will move off the Northeast coast today and influence our weather through Labor Day. Skies will be mainly sunny.
