Cold Slowly Eases. Bright Close to Week…

Synopsis:.

The bitter cold will slowly loose it’s grip to day. It will be bright with readings flirting with the freezing mark.

The weather will cooperate this weekend. Strong high pressure will be over the Northeast. Abundant sunshine and moderating temperatures can be expected. Saturday is the first day of Winter, which arrives at 11:19PM EST. This is the day with the shortest amount of daylight of the year (oh joy). Readings will finally rise to above average by Sunday.

Looking ahead into the holiday week. Hanukkah, on Monday will be milder. The days leading into Christmas and Christmas day itself look tranquil and bright. Sorry snow lovers, maybe next year. High pressure will be extensive and keep the area storm-free.

Stay Tuned.
