May’s Debut-Sunny & Much Warmer…

 

Synopsis:

A DRAMATIC change in the weather will occur today as the low (that gave us the Fall-like weather) pulls away and high pressure builds over the Southeast. Temperatures will soar will into the 70’s for May’s debut.

A Summer preview will greet us tomorrow and will stick around through the end of the week. Highs may approach 90º in some areas by Thursday. The average high is in the mid 60s. More pleasant Spring weather will be with us for the upcoming weekend.

Tuesday:

Sunny. Much Warmer. Highs in the mid 70s. West to Northwest winds at 10-20mph.

Tonight:

Clear. Much milder than recent nights. Lows around 60º in the City, the upper 40s and 50s inland. West to Southwest winds diminishing to 5mph.

Wednesday:

Sunny. Warm. Highs in the lower to mid 80s.

Thursday:

Partly sunny. Hot. Highs in the upper 80s.

Friday:

Spotty morning showers otherwise, partly sunny. Very warm. Highs in the mid 80s.

Saturday:

Partly sunny and pleasant. Highs in the mid 70s.
