Bright, Mild Close to the Workweek…

 

Synopsis:

The weather pattern will be tranquil as high pressure continues as the main weather feature through today.  A period of rain is expected Christmas Eve Day as a quickly moving system works through. Christmas Day will be sunny and mild. Looking into the holiday week, next week- it looks to be uneventful; which for travelers, is a good thing. No major storms are on the horizon.

Today:

Sunny. Highs in the mid to upper 40s. West to Southwest wind at 5-10mph.

Tonight:

Increasing clouds.  Lows in the lower 40s in the City, near 30º inland. Southwest wind at 5-10mph.

Saturday (Christmas Eve, Hanukkah begins):

A period of rain is likely from morning into the early afternoon otherwise some late day sun is possible. Highs in the 40s to around 50º.

Christmas Day:

Sunny. Highs in the mid 40s.

Monday:

Mostly sunny and continued mild with readings around 50º.

Tuesday:

Partly sunny and continued mild with highs around 50º.
