Synopsis: 

High pressure will continue to move East well off the New England coast. Plenty of sunshine, low humidity and tolerable temperatures are expected today.  The heat and humidity returns on Saturday ahead of an approaching cool front.  Scattered storms are expected by afternoon.  It won’t be a washout.  Sunday will be the better half of the weekend with plenty of sunshine and lower humidity.

Today:

Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 80s.  South wind at 10-15mph with gusts to 25mph later in the day.

Tonight:

Partly cloudy and more humid late.  Lows in the lower 70s in the City, the upper 60s inland. Southwest wind at 5-10mph.

Saturday:

Hazy, hot and humid with scattered afternoon storms.  Highs near 90º.

Sunday:

Mostly sunny and less humid with readings in the mid 80s.

Monday:

Sunny.  A top ten day.  Highs in the lower 80s.

Tuesday:

Sunny with readings in the mid 80s.
