Scattered PM Storms Saturday. Not a Washout. Spectacular Sunday….

 

Synopsis: 

The heat and humidity will be with us today ahead of an approaching cool front. Sun and clouds are in the forecast with scattered storms developing during the afternoon.  It won’t be a washout. Keep an eye to the sky for threatening weather between 2PM-6PM. Sunday will be the better half of the weekend with plenty of sunshine and lower humidity as high pressure builds over the Northern states. This high will dominate our weather through the majority of the upcoming week, the result- a string of beautiful days.

Today:

Sun and clouds very warm and humid with scattered afternoon storms.  Highs will be between 85º-90º.  Southwest to West wind at 10-15mph with gusts to 25mph later in the day.

Tonight:

Mostly clear and less humid.  Lows in the lower 70s in the City, the upper 50s to 60s inland. Northwest wind at 8-12mph.

Sunday:

Mostly sunny and warm with low humidity.  Highs in the upper 80s.

Monday:

Sunny with readings in the mid 80s.

Tuesday:

Sunny. Highs in the mid 80s.

Wednesday:

Partly sunny with readings in the mid 80s.
