Scattered Storms This Weekend. Not a Washout…

Synopsis:

The weekend will feature on and off showers and thunderstorms as another low pressure system moves into the region. It will not be a washout.  In fact, much of today should be storm-free until the mid-afternoon hours. The best chance of seeing thunderstorms will be from the City and to the West.

Sunday will be more gray with limited sunshine and scattered showers and thunderstorms. It won’t be raining all the time.

Saturday:

Hazy, warm and humid. A spotty afternoon storm is possible mainly West of the City. Highs in the mid 80s.  East to Southeast wind at 5-10mph.

Tonight:

Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Muggy. Lows in the lower  70s in the City, upper 60s inland. Southeast wind at 5mph.

Sunday:

Mainly cloudy and humid with the chance of scattered showers and storms. Highs around 80º.

Monday:

More clouds than sun.  The thunderstorm threat remains with highs in the lower to mid 80s.

Tuesday:

Mostly sunny with readings in the mid 80s.

Wednesday:

Sunny and warm with highs in the mid 80s.

Stay Tuned.
