Synopsis:.
The sun will return today and the cold will remain with us through Thursday. Low pressure over Eastern Canada and high pressure over mid-section of the country is the culprit behind the continuation of gusty winds through the period. Wind chills will be an issue.
Friday will be more seasonable with the winds abating under mainly sunny skies.
There is potential storm development somewhere along or off the coast on Saturday. The placement of the low and where it goes is anybody’s guess at this time. The latest computer guidance suggests this system maybe too far South and offshore to affect our region significantly. Models have been flip flopping.
Stay tuned.
