Fine Wednesday Getaway Day…

Synopsis:

The big travel day today will be filled with sunshine and mild readings. Perfect conditions to get to grandma’s.  Readings will get above the average high of 52º as high pressure sits along the East coast.

Thanksgiving will be bright and seasonable as the high retreats into the Atlantic.

A cool front will approach on Friday. Showers will develop by midday. It’ll still be mild.

Saturday will feature sunshine and our continuation of mild temperatures as another high builds into the region.

The subtropical jet will have a developing area of low pressure coming out of the lower Mississippi valley on Sunday. Rain will develop during the morning. No cold air will be available for wintry precipitation.

Enjoy our above average temperatures while we can. Happy Thanksgiving!

Stay tuned.
