Brighter Wednesday. Pleasant…

Synopsis:

Today will be comfortable with a refreshing air mass remaining over the region as high pressure moves off the New England coast. More sun than clouds is expected. Readings will be a few degrees below the average high of 74º.

Thursday will be dominated by clouds as moisture builds from the South. Spotty showers are possible.

A cool front will approach Friday with a better chance of showers by afternoon. Ahead of the front the wind will shift to the South. Readings will pop to above average.

The beginning of the Memorial Day weekend may start off with a few showers but the front should clear the coast and allow for some afternoon sun.

At this time the Sunday and Memorial Day should be dry and bright with moderating temperatures as high pressure builds over the region. Keep your fingers crossed (as some models have a disturbance over the region on Sunday with the threat of some showers). It usually is a difficult task to get all 3 days as winners.

Stay tuned.

Keep it here for a no hype, no nonsense forecast.
