Synopsis:

A storm will move up the Eastern Seaboard today. On and off rain is likely for the first part of the day. Steadier and heavier rain will work in later this afternoon and tonight. It will raw with a brisk wind off the ocean. The rain could come down heavy at times by the evening commute. Over an inch of rain is possible with the highest totals from the NYC vicinity and to the East.

The storm will slowly pull away on Wednesday. Rain will taper off toward mid-day.

The sun will return later in the week along with warmer temperatures.
