Sunny Sunday. Tolerable Temperatures…

Synopsis:

High pressure will dominate our weather the next couple of days. Today will feature plenty of sunshine. Readings will be several degrees above average as the high is not of Arctic decent.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day will be pleasant and mild with plenty of sunshine.

Looking down the pike the weather pattern will look more like Spring with a ridge of high pressure off the Southeast coast. This is not a pattern conducive to snow along the East coast. Mild temperatures are expected the next seven to ten days.  Showers are likely Tuesday into Wednesday.

Today:

Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 40s. Northwest wind at 8-12mph.

Tonight:

Monday (MLK Day):

Sunny and mild with highs in the mid 40s.

Tuesday:

More clouds than sun with a few showers. Mild. Highs in the mid to upper 40s.
