Synopsis:

A weak disturbance moving in from the West will throw clouds our way today. Spotty showers are possible just about anytime, but the majority of the day will be dry. More numerous showers and storms are likely tonight into a part of Thursday. This feature (basically a warm front) will usher in the heat by Friday.

The hottest weather of the year so far, will be with us this weekend as we turn the page to July. A heatwave is on the way.
