Cracking the Freezing Mark Sunday. Sun to Clouds…

 

Synopsis:

Temperatures will rise above freezing ahead of another cold front today. Sun will give way to clouds. Scattered snow showers area possible with the approaching front this evening and tonight.

Monday will be cold with readings around freezing under mainly sunny skies.

Readings will moderate on Tuesday to above average readings. The average high is 38º. There maybe a few rain or snow showers to contend with as a weak system rapidly moves through.

Another shot of cold air will arrive on Wednesday and Thursday courtesy of high pressure from the North.

Sun to clouds. Not as harsh. Highs in the lower to mid 30s. West winds at 5-10mph.

Tonight:

Scattered snow showers. Lows in the mid 20s in the City, the teens inland. West to Southwest winds at 5mph.

Monday:

Mostly sunny. Highs around freezing.

Tuesday:

Mostly cloudy. A nice brief break from the cold. A few rain or snow showers are possible. Highs around 40º.

Wednesday:

Mostly sunny. Cold again. Highs around 30º.

Thursday:

Sunny and cold. Highs in the upper 20s.
