Scattered Showers Sunday. Breezy & Cool…

Synopsis:

Today will be cloudy with scattered showers. I’m still thinking there will be more dry times than wet times. As the weakening low moves up and off the coast, Eastern Long Island has the best chance of a steadier rain for a few hours later today. It will be breezy and cool. The average high is 67º, We’ll be just below that number.

On Columbus Day Monday enough dry air should work in for morning clouds to burn off during the afternoon. The sun should make an appearance.

Tuesday through Thursday will be a brighter days as another area of high pressure develops to our West. Temperatures will be several degrees above average.

Keep it here for a no hype-no nonsense forecast.

Stay tuned.
