Synopsis:
High pressure will settle over the East coast this weekend and then anchor itself for the majority of next week. What this all means is that our fantastic May conditions will continue with above average temperatures.
Today will be mainly sunny and warm. An isolated afternoon shower is possible but the majority of the region will be rain-free. Please slather on the sunscreen the UV index is a high 7. Readings will be well above the average high of 71ยบ.
Sunday will start off with sunshine but a disturbance moving in from the West will increase our chance of scattered showers during the afternoon. Again, much of the time will be dry.
The early to midweek period will feature sunshine and increasing temperatures.
