Synopsis:

Scattered showers and storms are likely tonight as stationary front continues to straggle the region. Locally heavy rain is possible mainly from NYC and to the South. It will warm and humid.

A cool front will approach Saturday. It’ll be warm ahead of the front under a mix of sun and clouds. Isolated showers or storms are possible during the early to mid afternoon but most of the day will be dry. It will become less humid during the afternoon.

Sunday will be more comfortable with plenty of sunshine as high pressure influences our area from the Northwest.

The beginning of the next week looks delightful with plenty of sun as high pressure dominates the area. Readings will be above average by a few degrees (the average high is 78º).
