Rain Ends This AM from West to East. Sun Makes an Appearance…

Synopsis:

A low will move up and off our coast this morning. Rain will end from West to East this morning. The sun will make an appearance soon after the rain ends.

Partly cloudy and cold tonight. Lows will be just above freezing in the City. Elsewhere readings will below the 32º mark. It’ll be breezy as high pressure works in.

Wednesday will be breezy and cold with readings only in the 30s to around 40º-a Winter feel for sure. The average high temperature is 55º.

A second storm will affect the area Thursday afternoon into Friday. The models develop a low over the Southeast and move it up the coast. The latest computer guidance has cold high pressure being more of an influence to our North. With this setup, the potential is now there for wet snow and sleet to mix in with the rain. This will occur especially inland but can’t be ruled out for the City. A mix will develop Thursday afternoon with rain likely to the South and continue into a part of Friday. We’ll fine tune the details later today. Could Winter be that far off?

You know where to find a no hype, no nonsense forecast.

Stay tuned.
