Sun Returns. Windy This Afternoon…

Synopsis:

The storm that gave the area flooding rains and high winds continues to move North into Quebec. The sun will return and the winds will continue to be strong gusting out of the West up to 40mph.

As the storm continue to looses it influence over the area winds will diminish later today and tonight.

More tranquil conditions are expected for Halloween as high pressure begins to work in from the Ohio Valley.

Mild conditions are expected as we head into the first couple of days of November as winds turn to the Southwest.

Partly sunny, windy and cooler. Highs in the mid 50s. West winds at 15-30mph with gusts to 4omph. The winds will diminish later in the day.

Tonight:

Mostly clear and chilly. Lows in the mid 40s in the City, the 30s inland. West wind at 10-15mph.

Halloween:

Partly sunny, breezy and cool. Highs in the upper 50s.

Wednesday:

Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Thursday:

Mostly cloudy, spotty showers. Mild. Highs in the mid  60s.

Friday:

Clouds and sun. Mild. Highs in the mid to upper 60s.
