Synopsis:
Weather systems affecting the East coast are very weak, so we won’t have to deal with any major events. A disturbance will move through the region today. This will result in mainly cloudy skies with on and off showers. The shower threat will diminish from West to East Tuesday afternoon (FutureCast Radar above).
High pressure will build into the area Wednesday and Thursday. Skies will be mainly sunny with warm temperatures.
On Friday a low pressure system will work into the Northeast and increase the threat for scattered showers and spotty storms.
Hurricane Gert will continue to move North between the US and Bermuda. Both land masses will be spared. A storm for the fish and shipping lanes. Life threatening rip currents are likely along our coast. Please swim at guarded beaches.
Stay Tuned.
