Warm Start to Workweek & Passover…

Synopsis:

Spring’s nice side will be with us through tomorrow as temperatures warm and the sun dominates. High pressure off the Southeast coast is responsible for this well deserved stretch of fine weather. Today temperatures will pop well into the 70s. Passover begins at sundown which is at 7:30EDT and the weather couldn’t cooperate more.

It’ll feel like mid-June Tuesday as the core of the warm air works in from the South and West.  As is typical this time of the year, the coast will be significantly cooler with a flow off the cold atlantic. There will be a large difference in temperature within a few miles today and Tuesday.

A cool front will push through Wednesday with a few spotty showers. Temperatures will come down in steps by the end of the week and be close to seasonal averages.

Today:

Mostly sunny and warm. Highs in the mid to upper 70s. Winds becoming South Southwest at 8-12mph. Cooler at the coast.

Tonight:

Clear and very mild. Temperatures will be as warm as the average high for the date! Lows around 60º in the City, the 50s inland.  Light South Southwest wind.

Tuesday:

Mostly sunny and warm.  Highs around or just over 80º.  Much cooler at the shore.

Wednesday:

Sun and clouds. Spotty showers. Highs around 70º.

Thursday:

Partly sunny, cooler. Highs around 60º.

Friday:

Partly sunny and seasonal. Highs around 60º.

Keep it here for a no nonsense, no hype forecast.
