Fine Start to the Week…

 

Synopsis:

The weather will cooperate for the week ahead. An upper level low with a with a comfortable airmass will keep temperatures near seasonable levels through Tuesday (the upper 70s). Skies will be mainly sunny. High pressure will begin to build over our area Wednesday. Temperatures will pop. This will start a warming trend. A Summer preview will greet the region Thursday and Friday as a Southwesterly flow dominates around a Western Atlantic high. Skies will remain mostly sunny with haze building by Friday.

Spectacular Saturday…

 

Synopsis:

Saturday will be a top ten day. A West wind around high pressure to the South will result in sunny skies and near seasonable readings. The average highs are in the upper 70s. Humidity levels will be very low- a comfortable day for sure.

On Sunday, a weak cool front will push through in the morning with a passing shower, otherwise a mix of clouds and sun is expected. Temperatures will once again be near average.

The weather will cooperate for the much of the week ahead. High pressure will begin to build to influence our weather from the West. Abundant sunshine and seasonable readings are expected Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures will pop on Wednesday as the high moves off the Southeast coast. This will start a warming trend.

Synopsis:

Weak low pressure with its associated fronts will affect our conditions through this evening.  Scattered showers and storms are likely early this morning, otherwise much of the day will be dry. The sun will make an appearance from time to time. It’ll be warm and humid. There is the threat of scattered afternoon and evening storms.

An upper level low will trek through the Northeast Friday through Sunday. Friday and Saturday look dry under a mix of sun and clouds. Friday will be warmer than Saturday. A few showers are possible Sunday morning with a passing cool front otherwise skies will be partly cloudy. Readings will be near the seasonal averages of the mid to upper 70s.

Bright & Warm Tuesday…

 

Synopsis:

High pressure along our coast will result in a warm, bright Tuesday. A light wind off the ocean will keep coastal communities cooler.

Wednesday will start off with some sun but clouds will win the battle as a warm front approaches from the South. Spotty showers are possible during the afternoon. The majority of Wednesday will be dry.

Low pressure and the front will move into and through the area on Thursday. Scattered showers and storms are possible just about any time. It’ll be humid.

An upper level low will trek toward the Northeast Friday and Saturday. Friday at this time looks dry under a mix of sun and clouds. Saturday should feature a familiar forecast. A few showers are possible during the afternoon with energy from the upper low swinging through area. Both days will feature just above average temperatures. Average highs are in the mid to upper 70s.

Warm Start to the Week…

 

Synopsis:

The week will start of warm under a mix of clouds and sun. Readings today will be almost ten degrees above the average high of the mid 70s. Weak high pressure along the Northeast coast will influence our weather through Tuesday. It’ll be more seasonable on Tuesday.

Wednesday will start off with some sun but clouds will win the battle as a warm front approaches from the South. Spotty showers are possible during the afternoon.

Low pressure and the front will move into and through the area on Thursday. Scattered showers and storms are possible just about any time. It’ll be humid.

Leftover showers are possible on Friday but some sun should shine as well as upper level energy moves into the Northeast.

June’s Debut- A Winner…

 

Synopsis:

The first weekend of June will be a winner. High pressure will dominate our region. Readings will pop into the 80s both days. Please slather on the sunscreen the UV index will be a very high 8.

Sunday night and Monday morning feature a weak low moving through the region. Scattered showers are possible at this time. It should be a quick mover with the sun retuning later Monday morning.

A couple of gems are on the way for Tuesday and Wednesday. Plenty of sun and mild readings are in the forecast as high pressure re-establishes itself over the Northeast.

Synopsis:

May will wrap up on a beautiful note with high pressure in control. Abundant sunshine and seasonable readings are expected for Friday. Average highs are in the mid 70s.

The first weekend of June will be a winner. High pressure will continue to dominate our region. Readings will pop into the 80s both days.

Sunday night and Monday morning feature a weak low moving through the region. Scattered showers are possible at this time. It should be a quick mover with the sun retuning later Monday morning.
