Not as Warm Presidents’ Day but Still Mild…

 

Synopsis:.

The record warm air-mass of the weekend has moved offshore. Cooler high pressure from the North is settling in to the trip-state area.  Temperatures will still be several degrees above average for the Holiday and Tuesday.

A warm front will move into the region tomorrow night with a few showers. Another push of warm air will reach the region for mid to late week. Spring fever will once again take hold as the mercury soars.

Looking down the pike colder temperatures will make a comeback by Sunday.

Today:

Sunny. Highs around 50º. North winds at 10-15mph.

Tonight:

Clear and colder. Lows in the mid 30s in the City, the 20s inland. Northeast winds at 5-10mph.

Tuesday:

Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid to upper 40s.

Wednesday:

Morning clouds will give way to afternoon sunshine. Much milder.  Highs in the upper 50s.

Thursday:

Partly sunny and warm.  Highs in the mid to upper 60s.

Friday:

Sun and clouds. Very mild with readings in the upper 50s.
