Synopsis:
Low pressure off the Mid-Atlantic coast will keep our area damp today. On and off showers will continue. Temperatures will be around ten degrees below the average high of the upper 50s. Chilly indeed.
It’ll dry out tonight. Cold readings are expected. Inland temperatures will fall to around freezing.
The cold wind will be the story for Tuesday. Despite the sunshine readings will remain in the 40s. High pressure over the Great Lakes will move toward the area.
Wednesday will feature abundant sunshine. The chill will remain but it won’t be as harsh. The winds will have abated.
Sun will give way to clouds Thursday as weak low pressure heads our way from the West. A few showers are possible late.
