Fine Friday Finish…

Synopsis:

A warm front will move North toward the region today. A mix of sun and clouds is expected with milder readings. Temperatures will be five to ten degrees above the average high of the lower to mid 50s.

Scattered showers are expected with the warm front passage tonight.

Saturday will feature the warm front to our North. This will allow the mercury to soar. Say hello to the 70s! It’ll feel more like early June. On Sunday the front will sag into our area and slip just to our South. Temperatures will be twenty degrees cooler than Saturday with the wind off the cold Atlantic. A few showers are also possible.

On Monday, a strong Southwest wind will prevail. Once again the mercury will pop into the 70s. Balmy is the operative word as showers are also in the forecast ahead of an approaching cold front.

Tuesday will feature strong high pressure over the Great Lakes. This will result in much cooler readings under mostly sunny skies.

Stay tuned.
