Synopsis:.

High pressure will dominate our area this weekend. Readings will get above average by around five degrees under abundant sunshine. The average high is in the mid 50s.

A Red Flag Warning has been issued for the entire tri-state area for Saturday. Low humidity and gusty winds will lead to the rapid spread of fire growth if ignition occurs. Dry condition are anticipated the next several days. Please refrain from starting outdoor fires as the fire threat remains high.

Pleasant conditions are expected for the beginning of the week. Monday will feature the continuation of above average temperatures. Tuesday will be a bit cooler. The sun will dominate both days as high pressure move off the coast.

The next chance of showers looks to be Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
