Better Half of the Weekend…

Synopsis:

Saturday will be the better half of the weekend. Mostly sunny skies are expected. Temperatures will be several degrees below average the average high of 70º.

Scattered showers are likely overnight as the next system heads toward the region.

The Mother’s Day forecast is an unsettled one, but the forecast for the afternoon has become more optimistic. A weak low will move through the area from the West. Scattered showers are in the forecast for the morning. It now looks like the system will weaken considerably resulting in drier air establishing itself over the region. Any showers should taper off and end around midday, leading to a dry afternoon!

The sun will return for the start of the workweek and it’ll be pleasant.

Clouds will roll in on Tuesday. Showers are possible by afternoon. Readings will be near average.

Rain is likely for Wednesday as low pressure skirts by to our South.
