Synopsis:
High pressure will continue to build over the Northeast through midweek. This will result in plenty of sunshine and near seasonable readings. Temperatures will be at or below the seasonable average of the lower 80s.
Moisture from a weak low over the Southern Appalachians will move North on Thursday and Friday. As of this writing, JMW is keeping Thursday dry, despite the mainly cloudy skies. The threat of showers will be with us on Friday as the system works in.
Stay tuned.
