Bright, Mild Start to the Workweek…

Synopsis:.

The late October chill will be absent this week as the jet stream continues to keep the colder air out West or well North in Canada.

Today will be bright and mild as high pressure builds over the Northeast. In fact, today will be the brightest day of the week. Readings will be several degrees above the average high of 60º.

On Tuesday and Wednesday on onshore flow will cause clouds to prevail. Spotty drizzle and or areas of light rain is in the forecast.

Halloween at this time looks to be mostly cloudy with scattered showers as a front moves in from the West.

Friday will start off wet. The front will sweep offshore and the sun should return for the first day of November.
