Mostly Cloudy. Sct’d Snow Showers This Evening…

Synopsis:

Skies will be mostly cloudy today as upper level energy and a weak cold front approach the area. Winds will still be busy but not as strong as the past few days. Snow showers are possible as we head to the stroke of midnight New Year’s Eve. Some areas may pick up a dusting.  New Year’s Day will feature plenty of sun with temperatures near freezing.

With the flow out of the Northwest temperatures will be below average through the weekend. Skies will be mainly sunny as high pressure noses in.
