Heat Peaks Thursday. Spot Storm…

Synopsis:

Hot and humid conditions will continue through today. The heat index will top 100º in many areas. A stray afternoon storm is possible with an approaching weak cool front.

Friday will be warm but less humid as the front pushes offshore.

The weekend right now looks like a 50/50 split. Saturday will be a winner with sun and low humidity. Sunday will feature more clouds, humidity and a chance of scattered showers or storms as a disturbance works in. It doesn’t look like a washout.

High pressure to the North will dominate for the beginning of next week. The result-tolerable temperatures and plenty of sun.

Stay tuned.
