Synopsis:

Weather systems will remain weak over the Northeast the next couple of days. Any frontal boundary that drifts across the region will result in scattered showers and storms. Hazy sun is expected today with more clouds on Thursday. Somewhat drier air should work into the area Friday and into the weekend with more sunshine. Humidity levels will remain high.

Scattered evening storms this evening with locally torrential rain over Southern areas. Scattered showers overnight. Lows in the lower to mid 70s along the urban corridor, near 70º inland. Light Southwest winds.
