Synopsis:
Hot stuff is on the way for today as a Bermuda high influences our area. Many areas away from the immediate coast and in the mountains will top 90º. A stray shower or storm is possible later this afternoon or evening. Most areas will be rain-free.
Friday will be more comfortable as a light wind blows off the cooler Atlantic. Readings will still be a few degrees above the average high of near 80º.
Scattered showers are possible on Saturday and Father’s Day as weak frontal systems affect the region. At this time it doesn’t look like a washout. If we’re lucky the sun may make an appearance Sunday late day.
Monday should be dry and pleasant.
Stay tuned.
