Synopsis:
Much of today looks rain-free. Morning clouds will give way to sun. Temperatures will finally get to seasonal levels- the mid 70s. Low pressure will work up from the South tonight. Rain will develop this evening and become heavy at times. A Flood Watch is up parts of NJ. One to three inches of rain may fall leading to local flooding of streets and possibly streams and small rivers.
Low pressure will be off the coast on Saturday. Morning showers are possible. The sun should make an appearance for a time. Another round of showers are possible later in the day with a cool frontal passage.
Sunday will be the better half of the weekend with mainly sunny skies as drier Northwest wind takes hold. And it’s looking like a nice start to the workweek with temperatures on the way up as high pressure builds over the East.
Stay tuned.
