Synopsis:
High pressure will slip off the Northeast coast today. Sun will give way to clouds. Readings will be several degrees below the average high of the mid 50s.
Scattered showers and areas of drizzle are possible tonight as a warm front moves in.
The mercury will rise into the 70s on Thursday as much warmer air works up from the South. A few showers are possible, but much of the time will be dry. Showers are likely Thursday night and into early Friday morning as a weakening cool front moves through. Some sun should shine Friday afternoon along with well above average temperatures.
Saturday looks to be a damp, dreary day with on and off rain and drizzle. This is the result of a warm front heading our way. It’ll be much cooler with the wind off the Cold Atlantic.
Sunday will be the warmer half of the weekend with readings once again popping into the 70s. A cool front to our West may spark a few showers.
Stay tuned.
