Synopsis:
Scattered showers and storms will develop later today and into this evening with an approaching cool front. Some of the storms may become isolated severe especially to the West of the City. Keep an eye to the sky for threatening weather after 5pm. The rain maybe heavy at times this evening. An inch of rain is possible in spots.
Tuesday and Wednesday will feature strong high pressure over the Northeast. This will result in much cooler readings. Skies will be mainly sunny for April Fool’s Day. Sun will give way to clouds on Wednesday as a warm front approaches.
Once again the mercury will rise into the 70s on Thursday as much warmer air works up from the South. Showers are possible Thursday night and into Friday as a weakening cool moves through. Some sun should shine Friday afternoon.
Saturday looks to be a damp, dreary day with on and off rain and drizzle. It’ll be much cooler with the wind off the Cold Atlantic.
Stay tuned.
