Synopsis:.
A polar vortex over Southeastern Canada along with strong high pressure over the East will be responsible for our bitter temperatures through midweek.
Today will be frigid with highs in the upper teens to lower 20s.
Thursday we’ll still be in the freezer under partly sunny skies.
By Friday we should crack freezing under mainly sunny skies. Saturday will feature more of the same-sunshine and below average temperatures. By Sunday readings should finally reach seasonable levels-the upper 30s!
Stay tuned.
