Bitter Blast. Low Wind Chills…

Synopsis:.

The Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. Day will feature an Arctic blast. Temperature will remain in the 20s for highs with a biting wind. The sun won’t do much to the thermometer. Wind chills will be in the teens. A polar vortex over Southeastern Canada along with strong high pressure over the East will be responsible for our plunge in temperatures.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be frigid with highs in the upper teens to around 20º. Lows inland will be near oº.

Thursday we’ll still be in the freezer under partly sunny skies.

By Friday we should crack freezing under mainly sunny skies.

Stay tuned.
