Clouds Roll in Sunday…

Synopsis:.

Cold high pressure will move off the New England coast today. Any morning sun will give way to clouds. It’ll still be chilly. It will have the look and smell that its going to snow. But no need to worry, we’re looking at a dry day.

A light scattered mix is possible  tonight inland as a weak disturbance moves over the region. A crusty coating of snow and ice is possible over parts of Sussex, Warren and Northwestern Passaic counties. Rain is expected along the coast.

On and off rain is in the forecast for  Monday morning. This will taper off by midday and skies will remain cloudy. It’ll be mild.

On Monday night and early Tuesday morning a front will push through with another round of showers. Skies will become mostly sunny later in the morning on Tuesday. Temperatures will soar well into the 50s.

Wednesday will feature some morning sun giving way to clouds. Another round of rain is likely by afternoon. Readings will still be a few degrees above average.

The front and associated low pressure will move off the coast Thursday morning. Any clouds will give way to sunny skies. Readings will be more seasonable.

Colder by mainly dry conditions are expected for the end of the week.

Stay tuned.
