Synopsis:.
Wind and cold will be the story through today. Wind chills will be in the 20s. Despite the sun, today’s high temperatures will climb just above freezing. Readings will remain at or below freezing North and West.
The weekend looks tranquil as high pressure moves from the Ohio Valley into the Southeast. Saturday will start off with sun but end up with clouds as a warm front pushes our way. Sunday will be the milder half with readings near the seasonal averages of the upper 40s. The sun will dominate.
Our mild trend will continue into Monday. Scattered showers are expected as weak low pressure moves in from the Southwest.
Tuesday clouds will rule. There maybe a bit of drizzle or light rain at times as a front gets hung up over the region.
Stay tuned.
