Synopsis:
High pressure will move off the coast today. Any morning sun giving way to thicken clouds. There is a chance of showers by sunset with an approaching front from the West. This doesn’t look significant for overnight Sunday, but it will mostly likely break our unheard of record of 41 consecutive days without rain.
Veterans’ Day will feature partly sunny skies and mild temperatures once again. Tuesday will be fair with seasonable readings.
Wednesday and Thursday will be chilly with the flow coming out of Canada. Skies will be mainly sunny with more clouds rolling in on Thursday.
The area drought continues to worsen. 20% of NJ is now under an extreme drought. 76% of the state is under a severe drought. New York is now under a moderate drought. Conserve water.
Stay tuned.
