Frozen Sunday Sunshine…

Synopsis

Strong high pressure over the Midwest will move slowly toward the East today. Readings under sunny skies will remain just below freezing. The wind will still make a presence.

Tonight will be clear and cold. Temperatures inland will drop like a rock with the high moving over the region. This will result in nearly calm winds and clear skies. Areas with snowpack will aid to the very low temperatures. Readings will fall to the single digits and possibly near 0º.

We’ll be out of the freezer on Monday as the high moves off the coast and a milder flow takes hold.

Tuesday will feel like a heatwave as we getting into the 40s!

It’ll be mild on Wednesday and Thursday with scattered showers as disturbances move in from the West.

Keep it here for a no nonsense, no hype forecast.
