Synopsis:

Low pressure will work up from the South today.Rain will continue into the early afternoon. The rain will become more intermittent during the mid afternoon. Readings will be near the average high of the upper 40s.

A leftover shower is possible early tonight, otherwise skies will become partly cloudy.

Low pressure will wind up over the Canadian Maritimes Monday and Tuesday. Dry, chilly conditions are expected with a gusty wind. A second low will move off the Virginia capes on Wednesday. Precipitation with this storm will remain offshore. Winds once again will become gusty as colder air filters in. The chill will remain for Thursday under bright skies.
