Synopsis:
A weak low over the Southern Appalachians will move North the next 24 hours. On and off showers are expected today. There will be dry times. It’ll be breezy and unseasonably cool with readings ten to fifteen degrees below the average high of the lower 80s.
The threat of showers (and an afternoon thunderstorm) will stick around Friday but it won’t be steady or widespread.
The high will shift off the coast on the weekend. This will result in a Southerly flow of humid air. A mix of sun and clouds is expected with a chance of a few showers or storms into Monday. It will not be a washout. It’ll be warm and humid.
Stay tuned.
