On & Off Showers Tonight/Thursday. Heavier Rain by Evening…

Synopsis:

Tonight will be cloudy with on and off showers and areas of drizzle.

Thursday will cloudy and windy as a developing low along a front to the West moves our way. Scattered showers are possible, but the majority of the day will be dry. The steadiest rain looks to hold off until later in the day or evening. A period of heavy rain is likely Thursday night into Friday morning as the system moves over the region.

Friday-May 1st will be damp with occasional rain as the storm moves into Eastern New England. The potential exists for one to 2.5″ of rain.

Saturday may start off with showers and clouds as the backside of the storm affects the area but the sun should return by afternoon. The better half of our first weekend of May will be Sunday. It will be much warmer under partly sunny skies.

Stay Tuned.
