Synopsis:
Today- June’s debut, a warm front will move North of the area by Noon. Any morning clouds and patchy drizzle or showers will give way to some sunshine. It’ll become very warm and humid. Many areas from the City-inland will reach well into the 80s. It’ll be much cooler North and East of the City. Spotty thunderstorms are possible with the unstable airmass later in the day.
The first weekend of June will start off grey and damp An area of low pressure will develop over the region and to the East. It’ll be a slow mover. Showers and thunderstorms are likely Saturday. It now looks like Sunday will be dry with some sun. This is a big change in the forecast. An area of high pressure over New England should suppress the clouds and rain to the South. Fingers crossed.
