Synopsis:
An upper level trough will swing through the tri-state area today. The result will be more clouds than sun with spotty snow and rain showers. There will definitely be a nip in the air.
High pressure will nose in from Canada and keep readings below average through Tuesday, the average high is 52º. The sun will dominate.
Temperatures will go above average with a Southerly flow as the high pressure forms off the Southeast coast later in the week. A storm will develop over the Ohio Valley on Friday and move to our West. Showers are warm Spring temperatures are expected.
